As we move towards warmer weather here in NYC, I have been looking for new sandals to wear! Alterre has been my favorite for Spring/ Summer sandals. Not only are they comfortable and super trendy, but their shoes are interchangeable!
You might be wondering “what do you mean by interchangeable shoes?”
All of Alterre shoes come as separate pieces. You can literally change each shoe style with just one snap. With the straps you get, you can just pull the strap over the heel and snap the strap onto the metal stud on the bottom of the shoe. Alterre has a range of sandals, flats, and even boots!
I chose this pair of shoes as the thick heel height is super comfortable for a walk in NYC. Instead of just going for a full black sandal, I went for this design of a cheetah-like print. For the two straps that I picked, I chose one that make the sandal become a slide-on shoe, and the other one a black strap that goes around the ankle. I am obsessed with my interchangeable shoes and cannot wait to wear them more for this season!
Alterre shoes are sustainable and designed for comfort. What’s even better is that this women owned small business donates 5% of their sales to charity. I love how I am able to have basically two different shoes, without the price of paying for two different shoes!
